REAL ESTATE IN CALIFORNIA DURING COVID-19 SHELTER-In-PLACE:

The state of California has deemed real estate services as an essential service.

Therefore we are taking the following steps:

  • Hours of operation are by appointment only.
  • We will not be meeting anyone in our office.
  • We moved most of our communication to a virtual space;
  • Email, texting, phone calls, Facetime video, Zoom video conferencing live streaming video walkthroughs and open houses with buyers.

We continue to list properties for sale, close on real estate transactions, and continue to market your property on the internet.

When we do need to meet you at your property or a home for sale, we are participating in social distancing.

We are wearing masks and gloves whenever possible.

Best Practices for Realtors, Buyers & Sellers https://www.carcovidupdates.org/best-practices-guidelines

Please consider doing your part in slowing down the rate of spreading COVID-19.

You can help during your real estate transaction by:

  • Wiring your money from your bank to the title company
  • Handling all your concerns by phone and email
  • Disinfecting your door handles and anything that people will touch in your home prior to any showing
  • Don’t allow more than a few people at a time into your home
  • Following all the guidelines set up by CDC.gov

Steps we have in place to help “flatten the curve” :

  1. Washing our hands frequently and for at least 20 seconds each time with soap that lathers.
  2. Avoid touching our faces
  3. Keeping physical distance away from others of 6+ feet, whenever possible. “Physical Distancing
  4. Avoiding groups of 4+ people.
  5. Self-Quarantine if we feel a cold coming on or feel as though we may be getting sick.

Please consider incorporating these same steps in your life and businesses.
